Medichecks for business: Kit cancellation information

Any orders can be cancelled within 14 days - if you need to cancel an order please contact us on 03450 660 022 or email us at business@medichecks.com

If you opt for Royal Mail tracked delivery and choose to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period, after kit dispatch, a £4.99 delivery fee will be deducted from the refund. 

This cancellation right does not apply if:

1. The client has already had a Sample taken at a clinic, Laboratory or at home as arranged by Medichecks
2. The client has failed to attend a confirmed appointment for phlebotomy arranged in connection with a Test
3. The client has already sent a Sample to a Laboratory for Analysis; or
4. the 14-day cancellation period has expired.
