What to take on the day of appointment

They will take their kit along to the appointment and give the clinic voucher inside the kit to the healthcare professional collecting the sample.  

Once the sample is taken the clinic will return the sample back to your patient and they must post this to our testing laboratory using the tracked prepaid envelope provided.
