How does our clinic service work?

Once your patients order has been processed, they will receive an email from Medichecks. This will tell them that they have selected to have their blood sample taken at one of our partner clinics.  

When they have received the sample collection kit, they may arrange their blood draw appointment at the clinic of their choosing by visiting our clinic finder

If it is a walk-in clinic, they do not need to make an appointment.
