Under normal circumstances, our terms and conditions explain that you have 6 months to use your test. This is the service contract for your test, and depending on the type of test, the kit itself may expire, which means results may not be accurate.
We understand that due to the current coronavirus situation, you may not be able to use the test within the normal time frame. In this situation, we will support you by providing a new kit, once you are no longer self-isolating and it is safe to do so.
Please contact the Customer Care team and we will arrange for a new kit to be sent out to you.
