Like most companies, we are currently trying to make sure that our colleagues and customers are looked after during this period, and this is our key priority right now.
Many of our colleagues have been able to relocate out of our Head Office. They are able to work from home, in a bid to reduce the risk of infection to themselves, their families and the community. Our reporting doctors already work remotely across the country too.
By working in this adaptable way, we are able to continue to provide our services to you, with no compromise on our usual high standards. Our partners and suppliers are also implementing similar actions, and have contingency plans.
Updates to our service
- We are now offering more of our tests as finger-prick tests, to support you being able to do this safely at home.
- We are currently not offering clinic visits or nurse home visits, in accordance with the Government directive for us all to stay at home. Most of our blood tests can be done at home though, using a finger prick kit, which can then be popped in the postbox and returned to the lab.
- We are no longer offering guaranteed next day delivery as a postage option for your kit. This is because the Royal Mail can currently not guarantee that they can deliver within this timeframe. We will continue to post out kits with first-class postage, and you can expect to receive your kit within 2-5 days of placing your order.
We may see further impacts on service as time goes on, and we will endeavour to keep you updated on any changes.
