We understand that you may not be able to use your test right now, in line with the Government directive to stay at home.
Under normal circumstances, our terms and conditions explain that you have 6 months to use your test. This is the service contract for your test, and depending on the type of test, the kit itself may expire, which means results may not be accurate. We understand that due to the current coronavirus situation, you may not be able to use the test within the normal time frame.
Many of our tests can be completed at home with finger prick test kits, and this means you can then pop your sample into a postbox to return it safely to the lab.
Alternatively, you might want to wait until it is safe to visit a clinic or have a nurse visit you at home. In this situation, we will support you by providing a new kit, once you are no longer self-isolating and it is safe to do so.
