CHIP is an education program to inspire lifestyle changes that prevent & reverse many chronic diseases by reducing cholesterol, triglycerides, blood pressure and diabetes risk by reducing blood sugar levels. It is an intensive lifestyle change program which provides support and guidance for the way individuals eat, move, sleep and manage stress, well-being and self-worth. This is delivered over 12 weeks in groups led by facilitators or a self-guided online course. The program involves tracking the improvement of one’s health by monitoring blood pressure, weight, cholesterol levels and blood glucose control levels. CHIP has already been long established in the States and Australia for over 30 years with over 40 scientific papers/ studies showing its efficacy but is currently at the stage of expanding into other countries including the UK.
