Why do some tests need to be taken at the London laboratory?

A number of our tests require the sample to be taken directly at the lab.  This is due to the test's sensitive nature and means the lab needs to store your sample in the right conditions quickly, before beginning analysis.

This will be stated on the test page on our website and the clinic option will automatically assign you to the lab in London.

The lab is located in central London, once your order is processed you will receive details of their opening hours, address and telephone number so that you can make arrangements to visit and have your sample collected.
