How do I activate my kit?

If you have purchased directly from our website you don't need to activate your sample collection kit.

If you have purchased from a third party the kit instructions will let you know if you need to.

When you activate your kit, this creates the test job on your account and advises the lab that you are returning a sample and what testing to complete, and then for your results to be uploaded to your account.  If you don't complete this step, testing will not be completed and your sample will not be connected to your account.

1.  Inside your kit you will have an activation label form (this will be folded up with your kit instruction leaflet)

2.  Go to my.medichecks.com/activate  (If you do not have an account yet you will need to create this first - it only takes a few minutes to do)

3.  Enter the activation number from your activation label form - You do not need to leave spaces and be careful you do not mix up 0 and o

4.  If you have purchased a clinic visit, you will also select the clinic that you wish to attend at this stage too

Once you have activated your kit, your test will appear in your orders in your Medichecks account.
