Your Convalescent Plasma Donor Eligibility Kit will contain a pre-paid return envelope for you to post your sample to the laboratory. This envelope has a tracked returns label on it and is designed to be posted back to us in a priority postbox, so you do not have to go to a Post Office.
The Royal Mail requires that this sample MUST be posted in a Royal Mail priority postbox. The priority postboxes are collected regularly, and the Royal Mail staff have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in order to be able to safely handle the samples. You should not put your sample in any other postboxes, or attempt to take this to a Post Office. If your priority Post Box listed is a Post Office, you should use the postbox located outside of this.
In rare circumstances, your priority postbox may be a Post Office that does not have a postbox located outside of it, and in this instance, you will need to use an alternative Priority postbox.
