By placing an order for your client on the specialist portal, you create a mymedichecks account for your client.
Your client will receive an email letting them know that a mymedichecks account has been created on their behalf. They can access the account to add any supporting medical information and securely view their results once you have released them.
Adding the supporting medical information is not compulsory but will help our doctors advise on the results to your client.
