You will not be able to see your order in your account until it has been processed by our dispatch team.
We aim to dispatch an order within 48 hours, or on the same day if you select Tracked delivery (if your order is placed before 3pm).
Sometimes we will need to contact you before we dispatch your order to check details, so please check your emails, including your junk folder.
Orders placed after business hours on Friday may not be visible until Monday.
