Any test results that you’ve had since April 2016 will be displayed on your portal. Your most recent tests are on your homepage. Just click on “MY TESTS” in the tool bar to view any previous test results. Before April 2016 the laboratory delivered your results in a different format which means we need to request and process them individually to make them visible on your portal. If you have any previous results that you would like to have added to your results tracker then please contact us. If you have any previous results you would like to access via a PDF then please contact our Customer Care Team.
If there are any test results missing from tests you have taken after April 2016 please let us know and we will have our technical team resolve this as soon as possible.
