Following the UK's exit from the EU, there were a number of requirements that Medichecks needed to fulfil to ensure that we are compliant when offering our services in Northern Ireland.
As a result, we needed to temporarily pause our services in Northern Ireland while we completed this compliance process.
We have now completed this process and therefore are able to offer our services in Northern Ireland again.
If you had purchased a test with us and were asked not to return your sample, you can now do so. If your sample collection kit has expired, please get in touch with our customer care team and we will send you a new one.
Please note, if you received a refund from us, your test kit is no longer valid and cannot be processed.
