How does your clinic service work?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from Medichecks. This will tell you if you need to make an appointment at your chosen clinic – some of our clinics are walk-ins and don’t require an appointment;

The email may also contain special instructions about when to take your test – e.g. some tests must be taken in the morning. Please read these carefully before booking an appointment.

Does the clinic post my sample? 

No, once your sample is taken the clinic will return the sample back to you. You should then post this to our testing laboratory using the tracked prepaid envelope provided.

How much does a clinic visit cost?

It costs £35 to visit one of our partner clinics.
