Which areas are covered by the nurse home visit service?

Our nurse home visit partners, Inuvi and Heim, cover most of the UK. 

Inuvi 

The Inuvi service is not available outside the UK, and is currently unavailable on the Isle of Man.

In some regions, nurse availability may be limited if there are fewer practitioners in the area. 

If a nurse isn’t immediately available, we will let you know and Inuvi will contact you when one becomes available.

You will not be able to view nurse availability before placing an order, but we are able to change your order to other collection options later, if these are better for you. 

Heim

Coverage is available across the UK. When you place an order with us, we will make sure that your test order is linked to the correct address for your nurse home visit.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will then be provided with booking information (usually by text message). This will allow you to see the live availability in your area.
