I have a missed call from one of your doctors, what do I need to do?

Sometimes, one of our reporting doctors may get in contact with you ahead of your results being released. This is usually via phone call.

If you are not available and miss the call, the doctor (or one of our Customer Care Team) will usually try again shortly afterwards.

Otherwise, you’ll receive a follow-up email to let you know what to do next.
