Any test results that you’ve had since April 2016 will be displayed on your portal. Please make sure you click on My Tests in the toolbar to view the full list of test result, as your dashboard home page will usually only show the most recent 4 tests.
If you think any test results are missing from your account, please first follow the above steps to view your full list of previous tests with us.
If you still have trouble locating results after this, please let us know so that we can investigate for you.
How can I find pre-2016 results?
Before April 2016, the laboratory delivered your results in a different format which means we need to request and process them individually to make them visible on your portal.
If you have any previous results that you would like to have added to your results tracker then please contact us. If you have any previous results you would like to access via a PDF then please contact our Customer Care Team.
If there are any test results missing from tests you have taken after April 2016 please let us know and we will arrange for you to access these as soon as possible.
