What is included in my sample kit?

Your sample kit contains everything you need to collect your sample and send it to us. The contents may vary slightly depending on how your sample is collected, but the kit will include:

• Sample collection tubes and labels
• Lancets for finger-prick kits or a needle for venous blood collection kits
• A prepaid return envelope and postage label
• A cotton pad, an alcohol wipe, and full instructions
• Any documents needed for your test.
