Can I buy a test for someone else?

All tests need to be purchased by the person taking the test, from an account in their name.

This is for accurate medical records for each customer, and to ensure that results are interpreted with the correct reference ranges. We cannot allow for a sample to be submitted under someone else's details.

If you wish to purchase a test for someone else, the only option is to purchase one of our gift cards, they are valid for 12 months and can be purchased here.

If you have inadvertently bought a test for someone else on your account, please contact us as soon as possible on 03450 600 600 before collecting the sample.
