Log in to Medichecks.com, or create an account if you don’t already have one.
You can only buy tests for yourself using your own account details.
To buy for someone else, please purchase an e-gift card.
If you’ve accidentally ordered for another person, don’t send the sample. Contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible on 03450 600 600 or email customer.care@medichecks.com.
1. Choose your test
If you already know which test you’d like, search for it using the bar at the top of the page.
You can also browse by category or use our Test Finder for ideas.

Can I customise a test?
Please note, we do not currently offer custom packages, or bespoke tests.
2. Choose how to collect your sample
At-home finger-prick kit – Free
We’ll send you everything you need to collect a small blood sample at home and return it to us.
Clinic blood draw – £35
Visit one of our partner phlebotomy clinics to have your sample taken from a vein.
We’ll send a venous sample kit and a clinic voucher to redeem at your appointment.
Nurse home visit – £59
A qualified nurse from Inuvi or Heim will visit your home to collect your blood sample.
We’ll send a venous sample kit containing everything required for the visit.
Arrange your own professional collection – Free
If you prefer to visit a clinic or phlebotomist outside our network, we’ll send you the venous kit.
You’re responsible for any fees your chosen phlebotomist may charge.
Some tests can only be taken at the Inuvi Clinic in London, as the samples aren’t suitable for posting. In these cases, you’ll only see the ‘Book a venous draw at a clinic’ option.
If you’re buying multiple tests, you’ll need to select a collection method for each.
Any additional charges will be automatically applied at checkout.
3. Doctor’s comments
All tests include written comments from one of our doctors as standard.
If you prefer results only, tick ‘Results only (without doctor’s comments)’ when ordering.
4. Add to cart
For clinic tests, you’ll need to select a clinic before adding to your basket — but don’t worry, you can change this later.
You’ll book your clinic appointment after purchasing your test.
5. Checkout
If you’re buying more than one test, choose whether to take them together (one combined kit) or separately (individual kits).
Review your order summary, then proceed to Secure Checkout.
6. Shipping options
Standard Delivery – Free (Royal Mail Second Class, up to 7 working days)
Priority Delivery – £1.99 (Royal Mail First Class, up to 4 working days)
Tracked Delivery – £5.99 (Royal Mail Tracked, 1–2 working days)
7. Discount or gift card codes
You can enter discount or gift card codes at checkout.
Desktop: Enter the code in the box on the right-hand side.
Mobile: Scroll down and expand the dropdown menu below your order total.
Make sure codes are entered exactly, with no extra spaces or characters.
8. Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and ClearPay.
Check your shipping and billing addresses carefully before completing payment.
9. Complete your order
Click ‘Pay now’ to finalise your purchase.
You’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email with your order number (MC_XXXXXXX).
Keep this number handy if you need to contact our Customer Care Team.
10. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days.
Tracked orders placed before 3 pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
You’ll receive an ‘Order Complete’ email when your kit has been shipped.
Please read it carefully — it includes important instructions and clinic booking details (if applicable).
