Why is my test only available at the Inuvi Clinic in London?

If you are purchasing a test on our website, and you notice that our Clinic Finder only lets you select the Inuvi Clinic in London, this is because some of our tests require your sample to be taken directly at the walk-in clinic. This is because of the sensitive nature of the test, which means the laboratory must receive and store your sample under the correct conditions straight away before beginning analysis.

This requirement will be clearly stated on the relevant test page on our website. If a clinic visit is needed, the system will automatically assign your booking to our partner, Inuvi Clinic.

The clinic is located in central London. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive full details of the clinic, including its opening hours, address, and telephone number. You can then make arrangements to visit and have your sample collected.
