I placed an order and I have been charged, but I have not received an order confirmation.

If you have not received an order confirmation email from us, we have not received your order. If we have not received your order, but you have a pending charge on your bank account, please do not worry.

This transaction is an authorisation that is unclaimed by Medichecks and should reverse back into your account within the next few days subject to your own bank's processing times.
