I am ordering multiple tests - can I take them at the same clinic?

Yes, most of our tests can be taken at any partner clinic while others are only at specific clinics. 

This is because some of our samples are not stable enough to be sent through the post. Occasionally, a sample may need to be tested directly at the clinic. 

If you’re ordering more than one test, then your clinic options will depend on the tests you’ve selected.

Optimal Health Blood Test

The Optimal Health Blood Test cannot be taken at The Doctors Laboratory (TDL) in London. You won’t be shown the TDL clinic option for this test. If you have another test in your basket that has to be taken at TDL, you will only be able to take the tests separately.

Ordering multiple tests without a TDL test

If none of your tests can be taken at TDL, you should be able to choose to take your tests together or separately. This means you can reduce your collection fee. 

TDL tests

If some of the tests you’ve selected can only be taken at TDL, you may only see an option to take your tests separately.
