Clearing Your Browser Cookies and Cache
If you cannot remove an blood test, sample collection method, or voucher from your basket/shopping cart, or if you are having difficulty logging into your account, clearing your browser’s cookies and cache often fixes the problem.
Follow the steps below for your browser.
Google Chrome (desktop)
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser.
Select Settings → Privacy and security.
Choose Clear browsing data.
Tick Cookies and other site data (this will sign you out of most websites) and Cached images and files.
Click Delete data.
Refresh the page and try again on medichecks.com.
Microsoft Edge (desktop)
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser.
Select Settings → Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, choose Choose what to clear.
Tick Cookies and other site data (this will sign you out of most websites) and Cached images and files.
Select Delete data.
Refresh the page and try again on medichecks.com.
Safari (smartphone)
Open your device Settings.
Select Safari.

Tap Clear History and Website Data.
Note: This will remove your browsing history, cookies, and cached files.
