If you are struggling to add one of our tests to your shopping basket, please follow the below steps to make sure you can complete your order.
- Some products may be temporarily unavailable. Check that your chosen test is not displayed as ‘Unavailable’ or ‘Sold Out’.
- If you have selected to have your test taken at a partner clinic, you will need to select a clinic before you are able to add a test to your basket. Please note that you are not committed to the clinic choice, and you can change this later.
