If your sample kit has been lost or damaged, we can send a replacement. You won't need to place a new order on our website.
A replacement kit is free of charge – just us know as soon as you can so we can get it out to you quickly.
Once your replacement arrives, please dispose of the original kit safely.

Please note that we are unable to offer replacement kits if you have submitted your sample or if you have received your results. If there are any issues processing your sample, we'll be in touch to let you know the next steps.
