Can I open the customer compartment of my kit?

If you have received a venous sample collection kit from us, you will see that the kit is comprised of two, sealed compartments.

The first, marked ‘Customer Compartment’, should be the only compartment that you need to open ahead of your blood draw. It contains some instructions and your clinic voucher, if you have purchased a Clinic Voucher from us.

The second compartment is labelled ‘to be opened by a medical professional’. Please leave this compartment sealed for the person taking your blood. This contains the equipment required to complete your blood draw. This compartment will also contain your return envelope and the postage label to send your sample back to us, as well as any sample labels and tubes.
