I need to take my test on a particular day of my cycle, but this falls on a weekend. Can I still take my test?

We would usually recommend taking your test on a Monday to Thursday to make sure that it gets to our lab safely without delay.

For most of our female hormone tests, there is a recommended time in your cycle to collect your sample. This is often a window between days 2 and 5 after the start of your period. This provides some flexibility when deciding when to take your test.

If you choose to take your test outside of Monday to Thursday, please consider carefully where you post your sample. For example, using a post-box with a collection time shortly after posting can help ensure your sample begins its journey to the laboratory as quickly as possible.

You may also wish to purchase your own postage from a Post Office.

Please keep a note of your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your sample on its way to our laboratories. If you have not received email notification of your sample arrival after 7 days, contact our Customer Care Team.
