If you’ve received an email saying your results are ready but can’t see them in your account, try these steps below:
1. Check you are logged into my.medichecks.com.
Your customer portal at my.medichecks.com is slightly different from our website and is where your past and current results are stored for your access.
2. Do you have multiple accounts set up with us?
You may have more than one account with us with multiple email addresses. If this is the case, please make sure you are logged into the correct account.
3. Did you place the order via a professional/practitioner?
If so, they may have created an account for you on your behalf. Please contact Customer Care so that we can help you access this.
4. Did you order through the Leger Clinic?
The Leger Clinic provide results to patients using a separate system to my.medichecks.com. Please check your emails from the Leger Clinic to confirm how to access your results, and contact enquiries@legerclinic.co.uk for further information.
