My test status is, ‘testing in progress’, what does this mean?

Here is our quick guide to understanding your test status at my.medichecks.com.

Awaiting sample: Your test kit is on its way (or has already arrived), and we’re waiting to receive your sample.

You have 120 days from the date of purchase to complete your sample.

Sample received: We’ve received your sample, and it’s safely with our laboratory.

Testing in progress: Your sample is currently being analysed. This includes laboratory testing and preparing your results for you to view. If you’ve requested doctor’s comments, these are also completed at this stage.

Complete: Your results have been uploaded and can be viewed by clicking on the test name.
