If you cannot log into your account to view your results, please follow the below steps:
- Make sure you are trying to log into my.medichecks.com. This lets you access your customer portal where your results will be uploaded.
- Check your password is correct. You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot your password?”. You’ll then get an email to reset your password.
- If you ordered via a private specialist or practitioner, they may have created an account for you. If you also created your own account, this could cause some login problems. If this is you, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance. They can arrange for the duplicate account to be removed.
