When can I expect to receive my results?

Each of our tests has an estimated turnaround time, which you can find on the individual test pages on our website. This gives you an idea of how many working days it usually takes for your results to be ready, starting from the first working day after your sample arrives at the laboratory.

For example, if your test has a 3 working day turnaround time and your sample arrives on a Friday, you will typically receive your results by the end of the following Wednesday.

While we aim to return results within these timeframes wherever possible, they are only estimates. Occasionally results may be available a little sooner or a little later, depending on the laboratory processing.
