Can I change my clinic?

Yes - just use our clinic finder to select the clinic you want to attend.

In most cases, you do not need to contact our Customer Care Team if you need to change your clinic location or appointment. You can use the Clinic Finder to view alternative clinics in your area. You won't need to confirm a new clinic choice from this list; you can just go ahead and arrange an appointment with the clinic that works best for you. 

The details for booking at the clinic will be provided on the link.  You will need your 6 digit clinic voucher code to book your appointment.

Please remember to take your clinic voucher with you to the appointment.
