After You’ve Placed Your Order
You'll need to place your order for your test on our website before you are able to book in at your chosen clinic. For most clinics, we will need to send you a sample collection kit in the post before you attend the clinic.
Once your order has been processed, we’ll send you an email to let you know what to do next. This is your 'Order Complete' email. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder if this has not arrived.
This will confirm whether you need to book an appointment at your chosen clinic. Some clinics are walk-in only, so you may not need to book in advance.
Your email may also include important instructions about when to take your test - for example, some tests need to be taken in the morning. Please read these carefully before making an appointment.
Booking Your Appointment
Inside your kit, you’ll find a clinic voucher with a unique 6-digit code. You’ll need this code when booking your appointment, and you’ll also need to take the voucher and your kit with you to the clinic.
Your 'Order Complete' email will contain specific details for booking into your clinic. You will not be able to book your clinic appointment until you have received the 'Order Complete' email.
Before You Go to the Clinic
Please wait for your sample collection kit to arrive before attending your appointment. You’ll need to take it with you on the day.
Will the Clinic Post My Sample?
No - the clinic will hand your sample back to you after collection. You’ll then need to post it to our laboratory using the prepaid tracked envelope provided in your kit.
How Much Does a Clinic Visit Cost?
A clinic visit costs £35.

We work with a network of partner clinics across the UK, so you’re likely to find one near you.
