Some of our partner clinics require a referral code, a USD code, or a quote code to book an appointment with them. This is different from your six-digit clinic voucher ID (within your sample collection kit) and is used by the clinic to identify you as a Medichecks customer.
If you do not have this code, you’ll need to use our Clinic Finder to search for your chosen clinic. Any information you need for booking your clinic, including any referral codes, will be listed here.
