Our nurse home visit partner, Inuvi, will contact you within 48 working hours of placing your order to arrange your appointment.
While Inuvi covers most of the UK, there may be some areas where service is limited. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know and advise on your options.
What if I have not been contacted by Inuvi?
Please check that your phone number is correct on your account, and your voicemail inbox is not full.
If 2 working days have passed, please contact Customer Care.
If your nurse home visit is being completed by Heim:
Our nurse provider, Heim, will send you a text message shortly after your kit has been dispatched to arrange your sample collection.
What if I need to contact Heim?
If you need to contact them, email hello@heim.health or use their live chat facility on their website www.heim.health after your kit arrives.
