We have a few alternative options for you if your chosen clinic is no longer suitable:
These are:
- Choosing an alternative partner clinic.
Your clinic voucher is valid for any of our partner clinics, and you do not have to commit to the one you chose when placing your order.

- Waiting for a suitable appointment time
Your test is valid for 120 days, so there is plenty of time to take your test if you are flexible with this. Just keep your sample collection kit stored in a cool, dry place until it is ready to use.
- Upgrading to a nurse home visit
If you would prefer to have a nurse visit you at home for your blood draw, you can upgrade your clinic visit to this service for an additional £24. Please let us know if you would like to upgrade, and we can arrange this for you.
- Downgrading to a finger-prick sample collection kit.
Some tests are suitable for self-collection at home using our finger-prick sample collection kits. If you would prefer one of these collection kits, please let us know so that we can refund your clinic voucher, and get a finger-prick sample collection kit sent to you.
