I purchased a clinic voucher, but I had my blood drawn outside your clinic network and no longer need it. Can I get a refund?

If you did not use your clinic voucher because you had your blood drawn elsewhere, for example, at a private clinic outside our Partner Clinic network, we can refund the cost of your clinic visit.

Please let us know, and we’ll process your refund as soon as possible.
