How do I have my sample taken at the Inuvi Clinic, London?

We have many partner clinics across the country that you are able to visit to have your sample taken. However, the Inuvi Clinic (Wimpole Street, London), works in a slightly different way to our other partner clinics.

When you place your order with the Inuvi Clinic, your order will be processed by our team. We will not dispatch a sample kit to you. Instead, you’ll receive a laboratory referral form by email.

This form will contain your details, and the details of your test. You will present this form at the clinic, and you will then be able to provide your blood sample.

The clinic is open on a walk-in basis, from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday-Friday. You can attend the clinic at any time within these hours, but we encourage you to follow the special instructions for your specific test, which may recommend a particular day or time to take your test.

If you did not choose this clinic when you placed your order, but you would now like to attend the Inuvi Clinic, please contact Customer Care, as we will need to issue you with the laboratory referral form.

If you did choose this clinic but would now like to change to another clinic in our network, please also contact Customer Care, as we will need to dispatch a sample collection kit for you.
