I’ve booked a clinic visit with my order, but the partner clinic is asking me to pay a fee. – Medichecks

If you purchased a £35 clinic voucher with your order, it covers one blood draw appointment at any of our partner clinics.

If a partner clinic is asking you to pay, please check the following:

Are you using the correct booking page for Medichecks customers?
Some partner clinics also offer appointments to people who haven't ordered through Medichecks, and these appointments are chargeable. You can find the correct booking instructions in our Clinic Finder.
Is the clinic a registered Medichecks partner clinic?
You can check this in our Clinic Finder. Some clinics are part of larger organisations, such as Tuli or Superdrug, but not every branch is a Medichecks partner clinic.
Has the clinic asked for your payment details?
Some partner clinics ask for your payment details when you book. They won't charge you for your appointment, but they may charge you if you cancel late or don't attend, in line with their cancellation policy.
