Where is my clinic voucher?

I can't find my clinic voucher, where is it? 

If you purchased a clinic visit, you’ll find a clinic voucher with a unique 6-digit code inside the customer compartment of your kit.

You’ll need this 6-digit code when booking your appointment, and you’ll also need to take the voucher and your kit with you to the clinic.

In the unlikely event that your Clinic Voucher is missing from your kit, please let us know and we can arrange for a digital copy to be emailed to you.
