Each of our samples has a unique Royal Mail Tracking ID that you can use to follow the process of your sample as it makes its way to the laboratory.
This is printed on the postage label within your sample collection kit. We’d encourage you to make a note of this before sending off your sample so that you can track this.
If you’ve forgotten to note this, our Customer Care team may be able to provide you with this Tracking ID. You can get in touch with us to request this.
You’ll also receive an email notification as soon as the laboratory logs your sample, confirming that it has arrived safely.
If you have not received this notification within 7 days of posting your sample, please let us know as soon as possible.
