I do not have my returns envelope to send my sample back.

If you have a finger-prick sample kit, you’ll find the returns envelope within the main compartment of your sample kit.

If you have a venous sample collection kit, this is within the medical compartment of the sample kit, and is usually at the back, behind the other components.

This is either a pink or a dark grey plastic sleeve, and you’ll also have a pre-paid postage label to return the sample to us.
