Our sample return envelopes are included with tracked postage, so that you can follow the progress of your sample on its journey to our laboratory.
You can use the unique tracking ID with Royal Mail to track this.
When your sample is marked as ‘delivered’ with Royal Mail, this means it has reached the final delivery stop before the laboratory.
At the laboratory, it will then need to be manually logged and checked in. Only after this has been completed will you receive your ‘sample arrival’ notification.
Because of this, there may be a short delay between Royal Mail confirming delivery and you receiving our email confirmation.
Please keep a note of your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your sample on its way to our laboratories. If you have not received email notification of your sample arrival after 7 days, contact our Customer Care Team.
