I’m not sure if my Supporting Information has saved properly.

After you’ve posted your sample to the laboratory, please take a few minutes to complete the Supporting Information questionnaire at my.medichecks.com. This helps our doctors understand why you’re taking the test so they can provide the most helpful report.

If you’re unsure whether your answers have saved, please check the following:

• When answering the question “How were you hoping the test could help you?”, a pink “Save” button will appear once you start typing. Make sure you press ‘Save’ after finishing your answer.
• At the bottom of the questionnaire, select the blue “Confirm Answers” button to save the whole questionnaire.
• If any questions are unanswered, the questionnaire will prompt you to complete them before your answers can be saved.

Once you’ve done the above, your Supporting Information should be saved. You can double-check by refreshing the page and confirming that your answers are still visible.
