What is supporting information?

When you have completed your test, we ask that you sign into your Medichecks account and fill in some supporting information.

Supporting information is the information that is specific to the test you are taking which will help us apply the correct reference range or help our doctors provide advice. For example, we need to know at what stage of the menstrual cycle a woman took her hormone tests so that the correct reference range can be applied. 

We also ask for the time and date of your sample in the supporting information as this can also provide context for some results.
