Why can't I add any supporting information?

Once our doctors have commented on your results you will not be able to go in and revise or add any information to your supporting information. This is so that we have an accurate record of what you told us when we reported your result. If there is something really important that you have forgotten to tell us, then please contact our Customer Care Team.
