How do I label my sample tube?

Your Medichecks Sample Collection Kit will contain sample labels to fill out and stick to your sample before you send it to us. These are in the medical compartment of your kit.

It’s important that your samples are completely labelled to make sure that the laboratory can test them.

Complete the enclosed label with your details and stick this directly onto the sample tube. If your kit is missing the sample label, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible to let us know.

For finger-prick samples, place the label on the tube and wrap it around the tube until both ends meet on the other side. The label is slightly wider than the tube, so it should go fully around it.
