I can’t complete my finger-prick sample collection kit. Can I change to a venous sample collection kit?

If you're finding it difficult to collect your finger-prick sample, you can choose to have a blood sample taken from a vein in your arm instead (known as a venous sample).

Just let us know, and a member of our Customer Care team will talk you through the options.

You can upgrade to have your sample taken at one of our partner clinics for an additional £35. You can find your nearest clinic by clicking here.

Alternatively, we can arrange for a nurse to visit you at home for £59.

If you know a qualified healthcare professional, such as a doctor or nurse outside our network, we can send them a venous sample collection kit to use. Blood samples must be taken at a licensed clinic or healthcare setting.
